OQSHA is a web/mobile application designed for reporting any and all issues including incidents, tragedies, and urgent matters requiring immediate attention. It is suitable for use in various settings such as companies, factories, warehouses, or any workplace, facilitating quick ticket creation and resolution. The application enables users to report issues promptly using photos, videos, and audio files.
This document outlines the terms of use governing the OQSHA application for end users and beneficiaries. By using the application, users agree to comply with these terms.
By utilizing the App and its Services, you (hereinafter referred to as "User") acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms of use (the "Terms"). You affirm that you have read and understood these terms before accessing the App and its Services and agree by clicking “I Agree”.
User represents and warrants that they are of legal age (18 years and above) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and provide consent.
By using the App and Services, User consents to OQSHA using their provided information for further development, bug fixing, and analysis, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
OQSHA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on the OQSHA website (https://www.oqsha.com/) and continued use of the App or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If User does not agree to the terms, they are advised to report their disagreement and refrain from using the application.
User agrees to use the application only upon obtaining a license from OQSHA and paying the prescribed user fee as per the accepted offer.
User acknowledges that they have obtained all necessary licenses and agree to use the application for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws.
Any individual within the user organization may use the application unless specifically restricted by the user entity. User entity shall establish guidelines on application usage within its premises.
The application usage is subject to the IT Act, 2000 and other relevant laws of the jurisdiction. User agrees to adhere to these laws while using the application.
Unauthorized individuals prohibited by the user company shall not access the application. Any unauthorized usage is solely the responsibility of the user company, absolving OQSHA from liability.
The application is owned by M/s. Osmosys Software Solution Pvt Ltd, granting a limited license to the user company as per the terms herein.
The license is granted for a specified period and for commercial use only, unless otherwise specified.
The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable unless expressly provided otherwise in a separate agreement.
User company is solely responsible for:
Violations may result in termination of service and OQSHA bears no liability for consequences arising from user violations.
App Content, including text, images, designs, etc., is subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.
User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the App Content belong to OQSHA or its affiliates.
User agrees not to copy, reproduce or modify App Content without OQSHA's consent.
These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in the App Content to User.

OQSHA may update the application to enhance features or comply with legal requirements.
Modifications may affect application behavior or service applicability.
Users will be informed of updates and agreement to updated terms is required for continued use.
OQSHA may suspend or terminate User rights under these Terms if non-compliance or a threat to the App is suspected.
OQSHA shall not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from suspension or termination.
Termination may occur due to breaches in individual, multiple or in combination of clauses 4, 5, or 6.
User may terminate the license by discontinuing payments, absolving OQSHA of liability upon termination.
The App and Services are provided "as is" and may contain errors. OQSHA makes no warranties regarding suitability or reliability.
OQSHA shall not be liable for damages arising from App modification or technical faults. Certain consumer guarantees may apply as per legislation.
User agrees that App usage is at their sole risk.
OQSHA shall not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from App use.
OQSHA provides the option of 15 days free trial to all customers. Payments are based on a subscription model and no refunds are provided upon subscription activation.
The Terms are governed by Indian law.
Users are encouraged to address grievances through provided contact details in clause no. 13.
All Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the address of OQSHA i.e; Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
